The Benchmade 710 is one of my favorite knife designs, combining a versatile recurve blade, a comfortable grip, a strong lock, and a very smooth action. Artist Frank Recupero replaced the original scales with stabilized ironwood, the backspacer with horn, and added filework along the blade, liners, and clip. This is an unusual combination of utility and beauty.
