The Aftermath is a versatile design. The recurved blade offers different options for different cutting tasks. It also sports a narrow clip-point for penetration and fine work. The guards are quite functional in addition to serving as "flippers". The grip is comfortable and very secure because of the bottom curve, finger indentation, and traction scoring on the inside of the scales.
Charles Gedraitis did a beautiful job of anodizing the scales and polishing the flame patterns for contrast.
